My outline editor app
zOutline is my Linux port of my iOS app of the same name,
to which it is functionally similar.
zOutline is a frugal Qt 5 based application that is quite responsive even on
resourced-contrained computers like the Raspberry Pi 4.
It can read the same .otl files that my iOS app produces, and it can
export HTML.
There's a built-in printing feature that can also save to PDF.
zOutline additionally supports the functionality of my former iOS app iClarify,
which was for performing critical thinking analyses
expressed in outline form.
I've written it in C++ and I built the GUI using the Qt5 library.
While I wrote zOutline to run mainly for Linux desktops and phones,
due to the fact that both Qt and C++ are
platform-agnostic it could potentially run on Windows, MacOS, and perhaps Android as well.
